Craft Fair

 

I'm hoping to be in a craft fair in Sept and a getting busy making things to sell. I saw some clothes pins like these done by Yoleiebean. You can find her 

here on You Tube. Her's are some

what different but so darling. She even add magnet material to the back. That is my plan with these.
I am going to package these up in sets and sell them. I will be posting lots of pictures of things I make so stay tuned.

Moving to Texas adventure 2013

Hi Y'all from Texas. That's right we have officially moved to Texas. We have been here about 

3 weeks now and finally getting settled. Above you will see some fun pictures from

our trip here. As you can see we were in Vegas for a night of fun.!   We stopped at the Painted Rock

and Petrified forest. We had a great vacation trip getting to Texas. It has been 

an adjustment getting to new things. One of those is the thunder storms they have here.

I d NOT LIKE the stinkin LOUD thunder. The kids will finally all be in school on Monday.

Pintrest Inspired

Here is my jar that I made that was inspired by Pintrest. This was a lot of to make

and I love how it turned out. The bottom is 2 separate pieces painted and glued together.

Then I add a black round piece of wood for the base of the jar to sit on. Painted the lid and

added the knob at the top. I love how this turned out and cant wait to make another one.

Art journal challenge 4 at You Paper Pantry

Here is my art journal challenge 4. I 

traced a dress form that I made and 

cut it out. I embossed and then heat

embossed and inked for the resist embossed look.

Happy Saturday everyone. Here is my challenge 4. We were to cut things out or print

them and make a page about are style. I don't really know what style I 

have but this is what I came up with. It was a lot of fun doing this page. I would

Over at My Creative Time for me's Blog there is a Designer challenge going on.

It is to use 1 bow, 2 patterned papers and 3 buttons. This is what I came up with.

Roxy's Card-speration for Valentines

Here is the completed card.

Here in the top one is a close up of the saying which
uses Close to My Heart stamps.

The bottom one is to show the dimension on the card.

Here is my card for Roxy's Card-speration challenge. It was to use a paper line  that wasn't a Valentine paper line for a Valentine card. This is the card I came up with.

The grey and white polk-a-dot paper is from Recollections. The owl

is from the Gypsy Wanderings cartridge. (It came pre-loaded on the Gypsy).

I used glossy accents over the eyes for a more dimensional look.

The twine is from Martha Stewart and Studio G. The heart stamp is from My Creative

Anyday Bingo and Crossword stamp set. Thanks Roxy for a fun challenge.

Thank you card

 

Here is a thank you card I made. It was not an easy card to make as it is for 2 teenage boys. Even though I have boys guy/boys cards are still so hard to do. The brown twine is American crafts

from a prize package I won a while ago. The thanks stamp is form My Pinker Stampers set called Everyday Occasions. Anyhow I hope they like it.
